Select 390: Mixed by badrom

Stepping into our Select’s spotlight this week is Cairo’s budding DJ, badrom, a fresh face in the underground scene, whose sound is rooted in raw textures and a dark, introspective-leaning fusion of analog sounds, spanning various subgenres and styles. 

For our Select 390, badrom wanders from his usual territory, bringing us a special laid-back minimalist mix that drifts through trip-hop, ambient, IDM, and footwork, with flourishes of psychedelic textures. The set features an electric selection of tunes, such as Dijit’s ‘Tub’, Jantra’s ‘Homoom’ and Djrum’s ‘Blue Violet’.
